Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds.
However, we will replace items damaged in transit from shipping, or delivery. We will also replace items that have spoiled BEFORE the 30 days of guaranteed freshness, which starts on the day of delivery, provided the items were stored correctly - in the fridge.
In order to receive a replacement, you must provide proper photo documentation to our email info@thewoofingbakery.com
